HISTORY
Palm Tree Properties, Inc. was established in 1989 as a full service independant Real Estate Office. In 1991, we purchased our current office building to better serve our clients. We are located in the "olde" downtown area, 2 blocks west of City Hall and Starke Lake in Ocoee, Florida. Our goal is to provide "Old Fashion Service" with a small town, friendly and personal atmosphere, while constantly maintaining state of the art technology for listing and selling property.
We at PALM TREE work hard to be experts in the properties that we list and sell. Our primary focus is West Orange County. The areas we service are: Ocoee, Winter Garden, Gotha, Windermere, Oakland, Killarney, Clarcona and Clermont. By limiting our service area to West Orange County, we are able to be familiar with the majority of properties that are available, and to monitor closely the issues that effect property values and our quality of life.

To meet that demand and better serve our clients, a separate division for manufactured home sales was established. We are certified and licensed thru the State of Florida which, added to our real estate expertise, has created an alternative for our clients to traditional single family home ownership.

Our office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems. We have instant access to all the Multiple Listing Services, Internet and Public Record Searches. Communications and technology are important to Real Estate. Equally important is the ability to form a connection with our Buyers and Sellers. We all know that buying and selling a home is both exciting and stressful, soooooo....in addition to using our regular cars to show property (and have a little fun at the same time), we have a Palm Tree Pontoon boat to float around and preview Chain of Lake homes. This unique way of viewing lakefront homes has been very successful with buyers and sellers alike. For the street rod car enthusiast,we have recently added a 1937 restored Packard, appropriately named "Mini Pearl" to cruise around the neighborhoods.
